My policy is simple. If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it within 14 days of receipt, and you get your money back. The Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in like condition. This is unconditional guarantee for you, so this is really a no risk store. If you are not happy, I have not done my job. Privacy is guaranteed, most of the time we don't see your vitals, I have removed the requirement to register in order to enter the site to make it easier for you. If you purchase something, Paypal gets the information, we see it on the packing label, but that's it. I have not conducted one e-mail marketing campaign in about 2 years which is unheard of and considered just plain stupid by most, but again, who has the time? I have signed up for Twitter, that way it is up to you to follow, not me to chase. If you choose to do so. There is no way we will send and send informational emails with the motive of generating additional sales. I have often thought of sending one to announce new products, and maybe some day I will. I think I'll try Twitter first.
