This product provides great resistance for your leg muscles and are becoming one of my best sellers, checkout the detailed description to see if they're for you or not, maybe the Runners are your best option. Basically, if you wear shoes, get XCuffs. If you've been wearing Runners and need more resistance, get these Cuffs. They work great in the shallow end wearing shoes. If you're strictly deep water, I'd go for the Runners. Most of my clients in my classes wear the Runners and Cuffs. It is a personal thing. The next step up from that would be to add the Runners. That is the maximum resistance that I can offer you besides doubling up on Cuffs with Runners.
