Save Money! Start with the Basics!
Here is an economy belt I found by mistake, I was making an order for those fantastic webbed gloves that I use and sell, and I saw that the same manufacturer made their version of an aqua jogger. I've been impressed by the quality of their products for years, so I ordered one, for me to try. I was so impressed by it, and the price, I ordered a case and added it to the standard joggers that I offer. It it is great for those women who consider themselves large in size. It doesn't come in different cuts and sizes to fit your own particular body, it is a "one size fits all". It is simply a flotation belt, a good choice for large women, and at a much lower price. I've gotten great Feedback on all of the belts I've sold here so far (on eBay), since it was a new product for me, I really wanted to know what my customers thought, so I was soliciting their honest opinions. In fact I've received nothing but rave reviews for the most part, I read "I love my new belt!". Get what you can afford when you can afford it. I've also received some emails telling me of stories about women using it to help them learn to swim, using it for larger children who don't know how to swim, and sharing the belt with a friend who may be larger or smaller. It just wraps around you and snaps, and you're good to go. The maximum length of the belt is 55", which happens to be the same length that I special order for the Aqua Jogger Shape belts. The Shape Aqua Jogger Belts I have to special order the 55" elastic belt, but this one comes with it. If you are a larger woman, this will work perfectly for you! If you are a smaller woman, this will work perfectly for you! I don't mean to be sexist, but 99% of my business is from the female gender so that is what I have in mind when discussing my water aerobic items. Of course this works great for the gentlemen also. Deep water running is an awesome experience for somone who has been limited in movement for a variety of reasons. A noodle is perfect for those who are looking for a new athletic challenge, have arthritis, pregnant, obese, have had joint replacements, fibromyalgia, etc. I do not encourage the purchase of a "kit" where you get all of the equipment in one box. I do not sell them even though the profit margin is higher. The "joggers" in these kits are generic one size fits all, and the "economically" inferior jogger. Additionally, the dumb bells that come with these kits are not to be used all of the time, I use them for about 10 minutes out of a 45 minute class. You get a lot more bang for your buck using webbed gloves for arm exercises, and I have read too many articles on shoulder injuries from chronic use of these aqua dumb bells (I am also a member of the American Aquatic Association and read their journal religously). With the use of gloves, you are mimicking free weights in a gym, except of course you are in the water.

I've done the "country club" circuit which is the "in" thing where I live, and after a few years started my own business so I now teach all of my classes and swimming lessons out of my house. So if I'm not at the computer, I'm in the pool blasting my stereo and yelling at the top of my lungs, or teaching a toddler to swim. If I'm not here, I'm at the beach wind surfing.
