Webbed Gloves for Water Exercise, Brand New in Package, Size Large

Here are a pair of webbed gloves for use in water exercise. When you wear these they make your arms more powerful as well as adding resistance so essentially, you are holding a pair of dumbbells, and you can change the weight of the dumbbells by changing the angle of your wrist. If you are having a hard time understanding this, imagine standing in the water with your fingers pointing down to the bottom of the pool, arms at your sides. Glue your elbows to the sides of your aquajogger, turn your palms out, then lift. This is a bicep curl, just like in the free weight section of the gym. The amount of weight that you lift in the water is directly proportional to the speed at which you lift. You can reproduce almost every move that you might perform at the gym in the pool wearing these gloves. Add a little jog or a long scissor move with your legs (or lunges), and you've just elevated your heart rate into the fat burning zone. Do this for 45 minutes, and you can weight train (resistance training) every muscle in your body, circuit training style, and burn a ton of fat while building muscle at the same time. A word about quality of gloves; I teach almost every day in the hot sunny climate of SW Florida. I provide all of the equipment for the members of my classes, and since this is a business, of course I try to keep my expenses down and I do that by buying equipment that lasts the longest. I have tried a variety of gloves that are subject to heavy use, and these are the best I've found. These are size large gloves for women with larger than average hands or for most men. Most (95% of my clients) women are Mediums. Size Small is for you if you are petite and small boned, wear small gloves, rings, etc. The picture here is of a package of Medium gloves, simply because I had a customer who was in a rush who wanted to order a size large and I didn't have the photo yet, so I used what I had and changed the title for the listing. The large gloves look just like this, but they are black, that is the only difference. Deep water running is an awesome experience for somone who has been limited in movement for a variety of reasons. These products is are perfect for those who are looking for a new athletic challenge, have arthritis, pregnant, obese, have had joint replacements, fibromyalgia, etc.

I do not encourage the purchase of a "kit" where you get all of the equipment in one box. I do not sell them even though the profit margin is higher. The "joggers" in these kits are generic one size fits all, and the "economic" inferior jogger. Additionally, the dumb bells that come with these kits are not to be used all of the time, I use them for about 10 minutes out of a 45 minute class. You get a lot more bang for your buck using webbed gloves for arm exercises, and I have read too many articles on shoulder injuries from chronic use of these aqua dumb bells (I am also a member of the American Aquatic Association and read their journal religously). With the use of gloves, you are mimicking free weights in a gym, except of course you are in the water.

I'll be listing all of the equipment that I offer to my clients here in Southern Florida, but I thought I'd start with the basic jogger since it is the most sought after.
