No Impact Workout!
Here are a pair of Aqua Runners manufactured by the Aqua jogger company which I have used for about 25 years. I am going to include some information at the end of this listing which gives you more detail about me, my experience and aquatic exercise, here are the details of this item. Out of all of the resistance equipment, these are the most effective IN MY EXPERIENCE in my own body and watching other bodies change, in sculpting the hips, thighs, and butt which are women's primary trouble spots. When you get used to wearing them, then it is time to add XCuffs to continue the stimulation to the muscles, or your body just gets used to it, it is just like lifting weights in the gym. The "weight" needs to keep going up in order to see results. And enable you to have some ice cream for dessert!
These are brand new in style, form and function. The old Runners had velcro, here there is none. They are one size fits all, both for men and women, blue in color. They have many points of form fitting, hopefully you can see that in the first photo. This is resistance footgear to enhance your workout and stimulate those leg muscles.

The comfortable slip-on design features a unique ventilated shape that increases drag (they need to be wet to comfortably slip on, not in your living room!)
Warning! These things want to float! They will seek the water surface and your job is to get them under control and push them under water beneath you, then workout with them! They are wonderful in the way they challenge your body, the goal is to get your legs under control, once you've accomplished that, the actual workout begins! They're truly awesome!
They could also be worn on the wrists for a "no-grip" upper body workout. Severely arthritic individuals are fitted for these because they can't pull a pair of gloves on, these on the wrist accomplishes the same thing.
To maximize your upper body routine, try wearing water gloves and XCuffs for a shock to the system! Maintain the growth of your muscle any way you can.

Global Shipping! First Class! We will take the Runners out of the box and ship them in a bubble mailer in order to meet requirements of First Class USPS Mail Requirements. Weight equals 12 oz., no cardboard at all is included, just 2 Runners. This is the only way we will currently ship outside continent US, Foreign countries. For example, shipping to Australia would be $10.00 for a pair of Runners. The envelope meets First Class requirements, but it is still treated as if it were a box because of the irregularity of shape of the final package.
